Lindsay is accused of stealing a necklace worth 2500 dollars picture here on January 22nd. Video's from the stores survelance shows lindsay with the necklace a week later.
Sources say Lilo will be fighting the charges and she's saying the store gave her the necklace on loan. But no paper work was ever filled out.
I'm wondering what affect this will have on her case since she is already on probation.
The D.A.'s office issued a statement to an LA wire service that no definate decision has been made. TMZ says Lindsay will be charged with felony grand theft.
Pretty hefty on ur part lohan...i wouldn't even have gone that far, especially on probation.
